Shipping

Processing Time: All orders at Tropical Embroidery are made to order, which means there is a processing time of 1-3 weeks before your order is shipped. We take pride in creating high-quality embroidered clothing, and this processing time allows us to ensure that each item meets our standards before it is sent out.

Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is approximately 4 weeks. Please keep in mind that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during transit.

Shipping Methods: We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for all our shipments. The shipping methods available for different locations are as follows:

  • USA: For orders within the United States, we offer USPS shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. This shipping method includes insurance coverage for your package.
  • Canada: Customers in Canada can also enjoy USPS shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. This shipping method includes free door-to-door tracking for your convenience.
  • International Orders: For customers outside of the United States and Canada, we offer USPS shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Please note that insurance coverage is not included for international orders.

Customs Fees and Import Duties: If you are placing an international order, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs fees and import duties imposed by your country's customs authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. We cannot determine these fees during the checkout process, so please check with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Stolen Packages: While we take every precaution to ensure that your package arrives safely, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered. If you have any concerns about the security of your delivery location, we recommend providing a secure address or opting for signature confirmation upon delivery.

Countries Not Accepting Packages from USPS: Please note that there are certain countries that do not accept packages from USPS. These countries include Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Myanmar, Niue (Priority Mail Express International only), Russian Federation, Syrian Arab Republic, and Yemen. If you are located in one of these countries, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Returns

At Tropical Embroidery, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you need to return a product, please read our return policy below:

Eligibility: We accept returns for damaged items or if the wrong item was received. This includes situations where the wrong size, color, or design was delivered to you. We do not accept returns for any other reasons, such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong size.

Timeframe: In order to be eligible for a return, you must initiate the process within 15 days from the day you received the product. After this timeframe, we will not be able to accept any return requests.

Process: If you believe that you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team via email at angelisjanice@gmail.com. Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence such as photographs.
  2. Our customer support team will review your request and may ask for additional information if needed.
  3. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria.
  5. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges: At Tropical Embroidery, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size, color, or design, you will need to initiate a return following the process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
